Return Conditions：

• All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or product defects
• Certain products are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons (unless defective):
  • Opened/unsealed camping bedding
  • Used or unsealed camping kitchen supplies
  • Any product not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts

Return Process：

2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for our response within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Securely pack all original packaging and tags, including a copy of the order confirmation or packing slip

Refund Processing：

After we receive and inspect the returned goods:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Exchange Processing：

• We will ship replacement items after receiving and processing your return
• Standard shipping fees apply for replacement items
