Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Send to Address: Ship your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You should see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days after we process it, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Camp Bedding (opened/unsealed items)
  • Camping Kitchen items that have been used or unsealed
  • Any products that are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
